So just like everyone else I am getting older and like most other people I try to prevent aging as much as possible while doing that I have gathered a few tips which I am following, I hope these tips will help you as well as they are helping me.

1.      Be religious with your sunscreen, stick to apply it every 2-3 hours, even when you are inside since photo aging is both inside and outside, only time you don´t need to wear sunscreen is when it is pitch black outside, or you are in a room with no sunlight at all.

2.      Wear sunglasses outside, sunglasses will prevent you from squinting your eyes, and if you don´t squint you will not develop wrinkles around your eyes prematurely. But do make sure to use sunglasses with UV-protection, not all sunglasses are UV protected, just keep that in mind.

3.      Use a hat outside, so wearing a hat will create a shade for your face and therefore minimize the sunlight on your face, it is some nice extra protection for your face.

4.      Don´t necklet your neck and chest, so your neck, and chest are as important as your face, so everything you do to your face, you should do to your neck as well.

5.      Don´t necklet your body. The skin on your body is more resilient than the skin on your face, neck and chest however you should still use sunscreen on your body whenever you go out and also apply moisturizer on your body as well.

6.      Use a silk pillowcase, I personally don´t own one because they are expensive, but I do really want one because it is more gentle to the skin, it does not tuck on your skin when you sleep, so if you have the money for it get yourself a silk pillowcase
