Let´s talk under-eye bags, I know a lot of people struggle with under-eye bags, I personally don´t suffer from having under-eye bags, but I do know a lot of people who does, so I have gathered a few tips that might help out a bit, I do recommend seeing a professional and then they might be able to help you long term, but these tips will be able to help a bit as well.
1. Use something cooling on your under eyes, personally I think a spoon which has been lying in your freezer for a bit works the best but you can also an under eye mask which has been kept in your fridge.
2. Cut down on fluids before bedtime. This will reduce the fluid retained in your body which can cause under-eye bags
3. Cut down on the sodium on your diet, so sodium is known to make you more swollen, cutting down on sodium will reduce the amount of fluid your body retains.
4. Don´t smoke, smoking can aggravate the problems you are having with your under-eye bags. Smoking, in general, is just not good for your skin
5. Try sleeping with your head slightly raised. It will help to maybe use an extra pillow to elevate your head because it prevents fluids from accumulating around your eyes when you are sleeping
If you need a now and here solution use makeup to cover your dark circles, however I do recommend trying the above things before using makeup to cover it, since I personally find makeup to be drying to the under-eye area.
