I am back with skin sins! This is the time where you may get called out on a skin sin you have committed or maybe you know someone who commits one or more of these skin sins. If you commit any of these skin sins it is time for you to change.
1. Using the same towel, you use for your body on your face. Just think about it, do you really want to use the towel you just used on your behind part on your face? I think not. Also, wash your towels often.
2. Wearing makeup when you work out, do I need to say why this is bad? As you know sweat comes from your pores and if makeup covers your pores, they will get clogged and it will become a bacteria breeding ground. S
3. Putting your phone near your face, so your phone is full of bacteria, and you do not want those bacteria on your face, I would make sure you wipe your phone off really well, and also make sure your wash your hands after touching your phone if you need to touch your face,
4. Not cleaning your headphones, so as your phone your headphones are full of bacteria, so those should be cleaned as well as your phone should.
5. Using toothpaste or rubbing alcohol on your acne, so I have been guilty of this one as well, when I was a teen my parents told me toothpaste could get rid of my acne. But let´s say it did not remove my acne, it dried out my skin and irritated it, so it made it look worse. I suggest using salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to get rid of acne.
6. Not washing your hats and headbands often enough, think about how much sweat and makeup that sits on those things, just throw them in the washer, if not you can hand clean them with warm water and soap.
