Foods That Can Help Prevent Acne

So, after my list with foods which can cause acne, which was way too long and sad to look at, since a lot of my all-time favorite foods are on it… sad times my friend, really sad times. Don´t worry some of the less appetizing foods on this list can be replaced with supplements.

 Eat more foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids. These include:

·         Brussels sprouts

·         Broccoli

·         Leafy greens in general

·         Chia Seeds

·         Egg Yolks

·         Fish (Mackerel, Salmon, Cod Liver Oil, Tuna, White Fish, Sardines, Anchovies, Halibut, Herring, Trout) (I normally like to go for canned tuna because it is cheap, and well I am a poor student, so the skin on budget guys)

·         Flaxseed Oil (I try to just eat flaxseeds because the oil is hard to find and rather pricy)

·         Grass-Fed Beef

·         Ground Flax Seed

·         Hemp Seeds

·         Kale

·         Mint

·         Oysters

·         Parsley

·         Spinach

·         Walnuts (A great snack, but buy the raw version with no added oil, sugar or salt or anything like that)

·         Almonds (also a great snack, but also buy the raw version without anything added to it)

·         Chia seeds

Eat more probiotic-rich foods. These include:

·         Kefir

·         Kimchi

·         Kombucha

·         Miso

·         Natto

·         Raw Dairy

·         Sauerkraut

·         Tempeh

Also, as supplements, I take zinc supplements and probiotics. Personally, I do not eat all of these things on the list, I do eat a good amount of the things tho, I especially enjoy kimchi, I eat it every day. However, I never touch things like Natto or grass-fed beef, so don´t worry you don´t have to eat all of these things to get good skin.
