Description

For some really strange reason, I have the past couple of days been waking up with a bloated face, and let me just say it is not a good look and it does not feel that great either, now while I am trying to figure out as to why I keep waking up with a bloated face, I have come up with a few tips on how to de-bloat your face because I know a lot of people are probably dealing with a bloated face in the morning and is also, of course, interested in getting rid of the bloating to look decent when going out.

1.     Caffeine.

And with that, I don´t mean the coffee you drink, although it could be nice if that de-bloated your face. But I mean the caffeine which can be found in some skincare products, it actually really does de-bloat your face really well, and it is one of my go-to options.

2.     Green Tea

Well, green tea kick-starts your system and will hydrate you and therefore make your bloating go away faster, green tea can also be found in a lot of skincare products and will function just like the caffeine does. I recommend eating a lot of greens as well since this also will help with de-bloating.

3.     Exercise

Moving a bit can make a big difference for your bloating because think about it we lay still all night long, swelling accumulates and settles around the eyes and in the face, so getting some right exercise done might just do the trick.

4.     Cold spoon

Yes, this one may sound weird, but it is tried and true. I keep a spoon in my freezer and then in the morning I put it on my bloated areas, and it will make the bloating go away right away and it truly works.

5.     Coldwater

Splashing some cold water onto your face can de-bloat your face, it will work just as good as the spoon one, personally, I prefer the spoon one but this one surely works as well.

But keep in mind if you want to figure out what bloats you, take a look at your diet and you might find the cause, personally, for me, I think it is the room temperature I sleep in, I get easily bloated if I sleep in a warm/hot room, that or too much yeast since my body does not react well to yeast. Anyway, take a close look at your diet and see if you get enough greens in, or maybe you eat way too much sodium or MSG, those normally the culprits.
